Most of the films are made in Mumbai city in Maharastra, whose old name was Bombay. The name of the same city is similar to that of the Bollywood film industry like Hollywood. The films made here are making a splash all over the world and doing business for crores. And these films are the heartbeat of many countries along with India.

We know that most films are made in the Hindi language because the Hindi language is called a national language but in Bollywood, apart from Hindi, films are also found in many other languages like Haryanvi, Bombay, Awadhi, Bhojpuri, Khariboli, Rajasthani. and many more.

History
Let’s start with how and who started Bollywood. industries, In 1895, the Lumiere Brothers screened the first film of the engine train in the Paris Saloon Sabha building, and then on July 7, 1896, at the Watson Hotel in Bombay, the first show of the film was shown, whose ticket was only one rupee. And people liked her very much.
So that time and day Indian cinema Bollywood was born. Then it was well-liked by the people and encouraged by the enthusiastic reactions, it was again exhibited in the new theater and then the tickets were made cheap to woo the lower class circles. The cheapest ticket was for four annas and a century later, it is the same Chawni who is the fate of the cinema, its stars, music directors, and the entire commercial cinema of India.

India’s first film in India was produced in the year 1913 by Raja Harishchandra, whose producer was Dadasaheb Phalke. People liked this film so much that till the year 1930,
At the time more than 200 films were being made every year in India. The name of the first talkie film in India is Alam Ara. After this, all the films made were spoken films.
And then the era of films never ended.
